La hamburguesa y las patatas estaban buenísimas, se nota la calidad y el aprecio con el que lo preparan. Pero lo que realmente hizo que mi experiencia fuera aún mejor fue la atención de Bless. Tuve una pequeña incidencia y él la resolvió con una amabilidad y profesionalidad impecables. Da gusto encontrar gente así. Sin duda, volveré a comprar en Vicio no solo por la comida, sino también por el trato. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

De una mala experiencia con glovo, a reconocer el gran servicio de Vicio: hace unos días hice un pedido por la plataforma glovo, por error propio olvidé actualizar la dirección e intenté comunicarme para poder hacer la corrección, pero el transportista lo que hizo fue no dar respuesta y cancelar el pedido inmediatamente, glovo no me da una solución y me dice que por haber cancelado el servicio no hay devolución y cuelgan la llamada sin poder decir nada, por cosas de la vida escribí al Instagram de Vicio, quienes me atendieron de una gran manera y al día siguiente pude reclamar mi pedido. Les agradezco por ese gran servicio!

Excelente servicio y hamburguesas increíbles. Las hamburguesas son súper sabrosas, bien hechas y con ingredientes de calidad. Se nota la dedicación en cada detalle. Es la primera vez que pruebo en este lugar, pedimos a domicilio y la verdad que todo un acierto. La hamburguesa trufada es un espectáculo, super rica. Pedimos también patatas y lejos de que estuvieran blancas, estaban en su punto y buenas, aunque llegasen de un pelín lejos.

Tuvimos un incidente con los de glovo al repartidor se le cayo el pedido en la puerta de mi casa porque según él el restaurante habia llenado mucho las bolsas y solo me devolvieron el precio de la comida pero se quedaron los gastos de envio, gestión y la propina del repartidor (y me dieron 10 euros de saldo glovo para compensarme). He escribo a atencion al cliente del restaurante y aparte de ser super amables me han facilitado un cupon de 30 euros de descuento para el proximo pedido que les haga.
